Unparalleled Convenience:

The Wild Rose Co-op Liquor Trailer has been meticulously designed to provide customers with unparalleled convenience and ease of use. Equipped with a refrigeration system, it ensures that your beverages remain perfectly chilled throughout your event, guaranteeing a refreshing experience for your guests. The trailer's mobility allows for hassle-free transportation to any desired location, be it a wedding, corporate function, or family gathering. Please note that a half ton or higher is needed to adequately tow the trailer.

Flexible Pricing Options:

Understanding the diverse needs of its customers, Wild Rose Co-op offers flexible pricing options for the Liquor Trailer. For weekend events spanning from Friday to Sunday (excluding holiday Mondays), the trailer is available at a competitive rate of $600+ GST ($630). Alternatively, customers can opt for a daily rate of $250+ GST ($262.50) for shorter events. Bookings will work on a first-come, first-served basis so make sure to book in quick!
Additional Charges and Discounts:
To ensure the smooth operation and cleanliness of the Liquor Trailer, Wild Rose Co-op requires a $500 damage deposit payable upon booking. Moreover, a nominal fee of $100 is charged for the cleaning and sanitization of keg lines if they are used during your event.

Booking Requirements and Benefits:

To secure the Liquor Trailer for your event, Wild Rose Co-op stipulates a minimum liquor order of $750. This requirement ensures that customers have access to a wide selection of premium beverages, ensuring a diverse and satisfying experience for all attendees. Additionally, customers can enjoy a 10% discount on event products purchased from the Killam, Camrose, or Sedgewick Food Stores. For liquor orders exceeding $2,000, a further 10% discount will be applied, providing excellent value for larger gatherings. When booking the Liquor Trailer under your member number, it's important to note that you will receive patronage, but not equity benefits.

FAQ:

Q: Can I decorate the Event Trailer?
A: You are welcome to decorate the event trailer so long as you tag us in your social media posts @wildrosecoopliquor and adhere to the following rules:

No drilling, marking, tape or permanent fixtures may be attached to the trailer. To be safe, please make sure you ask the Wild Rose Co-op Liquor Representative if your decorations will be permitted when reserving the trailer. We recommend balloon arches or pop up stands that go beside the trailer, rather than attached to it. If your decorations damage the trailer, your damage deposit will not be returned.

Q: Do you allow customers to tow the trailer?
A: Yes. Towing the Event Trailer is allowed with acknowledgment of a specific rental agreement.

Please contact us if you have any logistical questions regarding the transportation of the event trailer. We are happy to help.

Q: What types of vehicles can tow the trailer:
A: A vehicle capable of towing up to 10,000 lbs. is needed so we recommend a ½ ton truck or higher to tow the trailer.

Q: Does Barware provide drinkware?
A: No. All drinkware needed for your event must be purchased and provided by the renter. We have found it works great to have a small table next to the trailer with drinkware available.

Q: Can I have other beverages besides beer?
A: Absolutely! Although most people might think you can only use beer kegs through the taps, these types of products are also possible:

• Wine
• Cocktails
• Cold Brew
• Kombucha
• Sparkling Water
• Spiked Seltzer and Coolers
• Cider
• Soda/Pop

If its available in a keg, its compatible with our Liquor Trailer's keg system. The trailer is refrigerated so other canned or bottled beverages are also able to be chilled inside instead of being on tap through a keg.

Q: Are there any other important instructions!

A: Yes! Make sure not to cover the generator exhaust; if this is covered, the trailer will automatically shut off. Also, if you are using another generator, ensure it is pointed away from the trailer so the exhaust doesn't melt the wrap!
